A). Our survey and design time, statutory application fees and structural calculation fees etc all vary tremendously depending upon the proposed scale and/or complexity of the proposed works. This is why we provide a free consultation to discuss your requirements further and then try to outline all associated project costs in your free quotation.

A). For our clients’ peace of mind, our professional standards and in compliance with ‘RICS’ Rules of Conduct for Firms’ we hold both professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover.

A). Although we retain paper and electronic copies of our design information once your statutory approvals have been gained, you have purchased our time to produce the information and therefore own any data. Although we would hope you would approach us for any future alterations, we will gladly forward any computer aided design files (.DWG format) should you require them.

A). Before using or forwarding any personal details (solely for the purpose of either advertising or references for potential customers), we always ask in our customer satisfaction form as to whether our clients are happy for this. We fully respect client confidentiality so, in line with the Data Protection Act, we 100% guarantee that no personal details will be sold or given to any third party organisations.

A). As we’re regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (firm no: ‘051279’), we have a strict code of conduct to adhere to. A formal complaints handling procedure is one aspect of this and should you be unhappy with the service you have received please contact us initially and we’ll try and resolve any issues you have as soon as possible.
